At Black Phoenix Designs, we're a small family business, with a big love for creating beautiful, meaningful pieces and personalised gifts from our workshop (aka the garage) in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire to your home and garden.
We specialise in personalised gifts for the good folk of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire and all throughout the UK. Whether it's a personalised wedding gifts couples will cherish, or something unique just for you, we take pride in crafting items that people can enjoy, display, and keep forever.

Our story began with a spark of curiosity. I'm Simon, and along with my wife, Kate, we started this journey thanks to our son, who kept showing me resin videos online. One small resin kit later, we were experimenting at the kitchen table, making little creations and quickly becoming hooked. As I learned more, I stumbled into the world of CNC machines — another rabbit hole entirely. With Kate's unwavering support (and a fair bit of patience), we took the plunge and built our own CNC machine.
After plenty of tantrums, tears, and colourful language, the machine finally roared to life and allowed us to make some pretty cool things.
We loved making things, but soon realised our home — and our friends and family — could only take so many handmade pieces. So, Black Phoenix Designs rose from the ashes, giving us a way to share our creations with the people of Bromsgrove and beyond.
We also invested in a small laser engraver which opened up a whole new world of learning and colorful language, but it has allowed us to make some lovely bespoke engraved gifts.
We started out on Etsy, then took our work on the road to craft fairs across Worcestershire, and now we're excited to welcome you to our own website.
